The company behind EXPO H24
EXPO H24 exists to make premium retail radically more efficient. We design, build and operate cashierless, unstaffed and automated retail, exposition and delivery experiences — unified in one mobile app.
How we operate
We are a technology company as much as a retail one. Automation, robotics and software-driven operations minimise overhead at every step, and that efficiency is what enables manufacturer-direct pricing. Premium and affordable are usually a trade-off; removing the cost of traditional retail operations is how we intend to offer both.
Legal structure
EXPO H24 operates through two entities, each with a clearly defined role:
EXPO TO B S.R.L.
An Italian limited liability company (S.R.L.), seated in Rome, Italy. It is the planned operator and contracting entity for the EXPO H24 app service, which is in development. At launch it will provide user accounts, operate content moderation and the related app privacy processes, and act as the customer-facing seller and merchant of record for physical goods.

Where we stand
